Please be aware that we strive to provide the best possible print quality for our customers. However, due to the nature of our business, quality assurance is carried out by third-party printers. As a result, there may be instances where the final product may contain minor defects or imperfections.
In the event that you encounter any print quality issues with your order, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:
1) Carefully inspect the product to determine the nature and extent of the defect.
2) Take clear, high-resolution photos of the affected areas.
3) Contact us by email at perfectcharka@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos you have taken.
Our customer support team (my wife and I) will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which will most likely be a reprint of the affected product.
